Faust Club

A terrific, huge collection of fifteenth century cellars houses Faust, an artistic-cum-musical extravaganza right on the Market Square (entrance is from ul. Sienna). With over 500 m2, Faust is the biggest club on the Market Square, and its space is seeped in history. Each room has its own character and distinct atmosphere - from a traditional cafe to a trendy dancefloor. Once a month there's even a new exhibition opening, whilst the peckish will be pleased to discover some rather tasty pizzas as well as "szmalec," a very Polish speciality you have to try to understand. The beer is poured well into the night, until the last client stumbles out.

nice staff, weird but fine mix of all kinds of music, so everyone will find sth to dance to and great atmosphere to sit in the pretty dark rooms and the candles. the beer was pretty cheap also :) and clean toilets :D

September 2005 I have been at this place and I M COMING BACK!!! I hope this visit will be as nice like last one. I am sure it will be great again... See Ya soon people!!!

I got uber drunk and danced hard in this wee dungeon.....it was fab...met 2 skanky girls and took more shot's than was nessecarry!

Our party was very perfect in Kracow when we were there... Good (lol) music for example Boney M, good drinks, arabian tigers so everyone what must to be for a big-big party...

These cellar bars are the best...mainly because Krakow is the only city I know of that has SO many! Spent many an evening in the cellars when I was at UJ summer school. And yes you will find more pretty girls than in any other city but then that's been true since the 13th century as one demure gal in a pale blue dress told me. We drank into the night...and what time did we walk around Rynek, maybe the trumpeter was sounding 3 AM? Poles are very friendly & helpful, thanks Magda for not letting me drink alone!

Who would have known when DJ Kool screamed 'let me clear my throat', it was because he had tranny eyelash stuck down there! Faust! Who go Faust!

This place is not that good personally. They played MC Hammer the night i went and i was expecting Crunk music but they let me down badly and started playing Jive Bunny ... and to make matters worse they do not serve Kielbasa as i had to trek to the van to get one ... "Who go Kielbasa Crunkfest" was the roar i generated on the dancefloor upon my arrival from the dirty south of the planty.

The Club is excellent.. very nice girls, helpful staff and good environment with its cavelike spaces clerically taken up. If it wasn't for my mate who saw a couple of gruff looking guys and legged it i'd be seeing more of that Pizza!

I have such good memories about Club Faust. It is the variety of different styles of music that makes it so good. From '60's to charts, they play it all overthere. The people are also very open and friendly. It is a great place to be and I am sure I will take the airplane again in future to come to Faust.

So far, I've spent three nights at the FAUST CLUB in Krakòw - and each night was an amazing and excellent night out - each night for itself - you usually experience a party like that once in a year, at best, but I had it every time I've visited that club!
The best drinks, the best people, the most beautiful women and everybody is having a great time... WOW, you've got to see it!!! :)

It's a must when you're in Krakòw...

Czesc! I really liked Faust bar, the rustic decoration,and the enviroment is excellent,music is also good although i rather prefer Polish music,The Beer is great and very cheap.Im now back in Belgium,learning some more polish for my return to Krakow... No to na razie !

The Polish people were warm and friendly, the women beautiful but frigid. The beer was cheap and plentiful and the pizza's did the job. Anyone seen Marta?

well-what I can say.....never been to such busy place!people enjoying and having fun till morning,great music,cool interior...great fun;-)only one con-small dance space..anyway,that enthusiasm was worth it!gotta go:-))))
