Winiarnia w Piwnicach "Sala Wina" (Wine house in the Cellar "Sala Wina") was created with the true wine connoisseurs in mind. Their vast selection of drinks includes English teas, Italian coffees, fine mineral waters, and of course, a huge selection of wines from all over the world. At 30 pages and featuring about 300 wines, you might need quite some time to look over the wine menu - luckily, the wines are sorted by price and type as well as region, so it's easy to find exactly the wine you're looking for. And if you can't decide so easily, the friendly barmaid will pour you a selection of three wines to try at their daily wine tasting. As you breathe in the aroma of the wine you've chosen, you can relax to the smooth jazz (with occasional live performances), or try a snack or dessert from their menu.

Tried the 3 wine sampler here one afternoon, and the barmaid was extremely knowledgeable about the wine she served - she knew all about the region, the type of grape and how it was grown - very impressive! And the wine was delicious as well. You can tell the owner here is a wine-lover, and is very knowledgeable - don't look at the menu (it's too big to choose from anyway) - ask the staff for their recommendations and you won't be let down!
