Blue Bar Club

Fresh for Spring 2007, Blue Bar was a new addition to Cracow's growing galaxy of gay bars. Now called BlueXL Bar, drop into their den on Dietla for a discreet but lively evening in central town. BlueXL Bar comes with a dreamy lighting system that may have you feeling like an extra in 2001: A Space Odyssey. Besides that, look out for the mischievous artwork on the walls, some extra-terrestrial guests may have jumped on ship. Besides DJs spinning stone grooves, BlueXL Bar offers a bracing range of vodka shots and other alcoholic surprises. Find the venue on the corner of Starowislna Street. The facade possesses a rich architectural design, whilst the interior has preserved its historical Neo-renaissance decor.

I went on Sept 2011 around 1130 pm on a Saturday. It's more of a sleazy hook up place than a bar but an ok alternative before heading to cocon to dance. you can always have a drink and hang out in the "safe" area by the bar. The rest is a maze of dark hallways with cabins for you-know-what. Poland is a huge contradiction that tolerates sleazy saunas and bars but no regular, decent gay bars.

It is great! I was there last month, super! You must visit ! Full of young boys !

trekked a while to find it, with two straight friends a girl and boy, on arriving a sign on the door stating PRIVATE CLUB MEN ONLY.
Nothing on the net mentioned that! so was a total wasted journey

I as there it was great! I had a great time ! full of young people sexy boys! I strongly advise to go there while you in Cracow. GREAT !!! It is also gay own.

I was there last night, is no more blue bar, but is now BlueXL club. Great u must to visit that place. I had super time. Sunday they are open 24H. 1/10 I give 11.

Just got back from this place, was in there only a few minuets with my partner. It was horrific.... it is a really small place u hve to ring the door bell to get in and the guys in there were old enough to be my dad... i wuold stroll on by guys!!

the place gets more and more busy, worth stopping by.

A place with a lot of potential but too few people come; Ciemnia seems to be much more crowded and is definitely worth a visit.

everytime i pass Blue bar club i assumed it was a rough speakeasy dive. Gonna have to check it out - didn't realise it was a secret in the know gay joint...
