The Kazimierz district is in the throes of an extraordinary renaissance at the moment, and it's places like this that have set the tone. Find it on the corner of ul. Jozefa and ul. Nowa, the former, which is crammed full of collectibles shops and galleries, is something akin to Portobello road in the days before it was famous. Galeria NOVA champions the young generation of Polish artists. It was set up by a graduate of Art History from the Jagiellonian University in December 2002. Worth stopping by if you're in this neck of the woods. |
