Capella Cracoviensis


Capella Cracoviensis, which consists of a chamber choir and a symphony orchestra, is one of Cracow's most prestigious ensembles. It has been a hit on the city's musical stages for almost 40 years. Apart from playing together, musicians from Capella Cracoviensis perform as soloists and chamber musicians. In recent years, the group has performed with such classical music stars as Roland Bader, Paul Badura-Skoda, Anner Bylsma, Gabriel Chmura, Kaja Danczowska, Paul Eswood, Hermann Max, Ivan Monighetti, Daniel Stabrawa and the Hilliard Ensemble. The group has travelled the world, performing in the most magnificent concert halls ofg Europe, Asia and North America. Capella Cracoviensis is a cultural institution, run and sponsored by the city of Cracow.
